ELTON-Funeral services for Oshae Isaiah Doffney, 23, will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at 11:00 A. M. at Mt. Pilgrim B. C. in Elton, LA. Visitation will be observed on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 6:00 P. M. until 9:00 P. M. Burial will be in Greater Golden Light B. C. Cemetery in Basile, LA. Rev. Freddie Jack will officiate the funeral service.
On Monday, January 21, 2019, time drew back the curtain and brought to a close, the end of day, for our beloved Oshae.
Cherishing his memory will be his fathers: Ernest (Tamika) Doffney of Buckeye, AZ, Aldric (Chandra) Williams of Lafayette, LA, his mother: Dannia Woods of Lake Charles, LA; one daughter: Harper Doffney of Mamou, LA; a devoted aunt who reared him as her own, JoAnn Graham of Basile, LA; four sisters: Frantashia Declouet of Elton, LA, Taylor Williams of Baton Rouge, LA, and Madison and Brooklyn Williams both of Lafayette, LA; one step-brother: Kaleb Journet of Lafayette, LA; his grandparents: George (Ella) Williams of Opelousas, LA, Eva (Murphy) Clophus of Houston, TX and Charles and Ellaweena Woods of Lake Charles, LA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
